Mena, Thank you so very much for your excellent work in helping me acquire my wife's dream car. Your service and persistence was fantastic. You found the right car with the appropriate color and features. And then after it was bought out from under us you persisted and we got it in the end, at a good price. Samantha loves the Car! Thank you. She warns me every time I drive it that "I" have to be careful with "Her Baby". Thank you for your great service. Why would I look at going anywhere else for a car?
Best Regards, Steven Green

Hello Mena, Just a quick note to say thanks for your assistance in buying the Nissan V35 recently. As you know this is car number 3 that I've bought through your company. I've found over the past decade that these cars have been of good quality, fun to drive and the service department has kept them that way.
Thanks again, see you for car number 4! Phil Roach

Dear Mena, A week ago I had no intention of buying a car until spring but I thought it would be elucidating to explore the internet a little and have a visit to your website. The only problem was I forgot just how skilled you are and now here I sit in blissful shock having just picked up my Lotus. Your people skills, knowledge of cars are extraordinary; your fun, relaxed approach is very comforting. I understand the secret ingredient to your success is the relationship you build with your customers. It really is difficult to experience what you have to offer and then consider going anywhere else. You have this down to a science because you do it with genuine sincerity and that is why it is such a good experience. A few years ago my daughter totaled a car that we had bought from you. In my panic I decided the only way to keep my kid’s safe was to have a brand new, fully loaded car that I could only afford through leasing. Of course I consulted Dan and he begged me not to do it. I didn't listen to him and I wish I had. He was so right. But I have returned to my senses - we are now committed customers - we wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.
Sincerely, Susan and John

Dear Mr Butros, I can't thank you enough for your help and guidance throughout the tumultuous weeks. Your heart and reputation is why people continually return to Import to purchase their cars.
Sincerely, Jessica

Dear Sir: Re: Honda Civic Type R
Attention: Mena Butros Just a quick note to let you know that I (should I say we) are extremely pleased with the Honda, though how could we not, being past owners of a Nissan Skyline! What was I thinking? We were skeptical of buying from a "used car lot" with no affiliation with a major automotive manufacturer but found this to be quite to the contrary. In fact the entire experience was void of the pressure and uncomfortable feeling one gets from "A" typical white shirt, car sales person. The atmosphere at "Osaka Performance" is no pressure, advice, and respect with a dose of humor. The Honda is a sweet ride and the condition is excellent. We get nothing but positive feedback from any and all people we show the vehicle to. It rides like a dream both in the city and on the highway with comfort bar none. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from you guys based on this experience. I would also like to take the opportunity to thank you for your repair facility. We took our Nissan there and to say the least the service was excellent and reasonably priced.
Regards, Mark and Sue Satisfied Honda Civic Type R Owner

To Mena Butros, My husband Lewis just bought a 1997 Mitsubishi Galant from you and picked it up last week as a mid life crises gift to me and I just wanted to let you know "I Love It". We have had a lot of compliments on how great it looks for an 11 year old car. I haven't driven my 2006 Yukon XL since I got it. We are very pleased with it and thank you very much for selling it to us. Lewis and Jamie really enjoyed meeting you and they had fun driving it home. Thanks again for the honesty and in case I may want to upgrade in a few years, we won't hesitate to deal with your establishment again.
Yours Truly, Betty |
